Membership Subscriptions
Renewal
Direct Debit is a good way to perform automatic renewal with minimal member interaction. Automatic renewal reminders will be sent in a predefined period before the renewal date. Members can also renew via the member portal and choose different payment options. We encourage the member to renew via their portal as this is an ideal time to update their profile and contact and payment details.
The system will handle hybrid subscriptions such as manual invoicing and electronic renewal.
Grace Period can be configured to restrict members’ access until the renewal is successful. During the Grace period, members generally have limited access.
The system will make members inactive when the renewal has not been completed.
Reporting is available at all times so that organisations can manage the process effectively.
The online application form can be highly customisable and allow the capture of relevant information depending on the subscription type. The interactive components make the application process more concise and easy to complete.
For a more lengthy online application process, there is an option to save the form to complete for a later day using a special return code.
